Excellent Hotel

We stayed there for 5 days for a christmas vacation to San Antonio and had a great time, the hotel was clean, all the hotel employees we dealt with were helpful with any questions we had. The air conditioning wasn't working in our room , so after calling the front desk they sent someone up right away and he determined it couldn't be fixed quickly so he immediatly called the front desk and got us another room and he personally checked to make sure the air worked and the room was ready. The complementry breakfast each morning was very good with several items to choose from. We will definitly stay there next time we visit the area, and would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a place to staying San Antonio.

Very clean and comfortable Hotel

We stayed for 6 nights over this past holiday season and found the hotel and staff very nice. I booked this online five months prior to our stay with the understanding that it was pet friendly. I went to the hotels actual web site and saw that there was a No Pets requirement. In a panic I contacted hotels.com and was assured that my reservation did include our two small dogs. The representative on the phone even called the hotel for me to double check and was told that pets were OK. Upon check-in I was told there was no pets allowed but they could not turn us away. During our stay we saw and heard several dogs other then ours. I hope that this gets corrected on hotel.com and no one else is put in this position. The hotel breakfast was fantastic and seemed to be a hit with all the guests. We would stay again, but minus our dogs.

GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY

This hotel was amazing, the sevice was great, the lovation is close enough to all the tourist attractions without the high price. Good safe place and great restaurants close by!!! Room is clean and beds are COMFORTABLE!!! Great, will be staying here everytime we go to SA

"Great room for the money"

The hotel is in a great location and we were surprised how large the room was. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even with it being next to the freeway, we heard nothing at all. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean and convenient

Easy to find, right on the Interstate. We had no problems with noise. I had hoped we would get some perks because it was our honeymoon, but no such luck. Breakfast buffet was good, included eggs and sausage along with the many expected bread products.

I'd recommend this hotel to others

Overall, the hotel is good - it's very clean and comfortable. Free high-speed Internet access. Location is great - 15 mins away from San Antonio downtown. Though I still think the rate is little over-priced. And I was disappointed with the free breakfast - I was told it's available from 7-10am. I got there at 9:15am and most food was gone and no refills.

Very cheaply maintained hotel

I think for the amount that I was charged, this is the most cheaply maintained hotel I have seen in a long time. In the bathroom there were only two little bars of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. No conditioner, no mouthwash, no toothpaste, no lotion, no toothbrush. And, no towel rack in the bathroom.
