Great room for the money

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. The room was clean and very spacious compared to other hotels we have stayed at with comparable rates.

Fantastic

Close enough to the riverwalk without having all the noise and people all the time. MOST freindly and helpful staff that I have ever met. Stay here!

All was fantastic except.....

The room was very comfortable and clean except there was a minor problem with ants in the room. I would recommend they get a good pest control company to come in and spray to get rid of those pests. Other than that everything was great. We would stay there again.

Great for the money

Great accommodations! Very roomy sleeping area, and large bathroom. Easy walking distance to the River Walk. The employees were welcoming and pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Hotel

For starters Downtown San Antonio is beutiful on its own, and having a beautiful comfortable and safe hotel room to go to after shopping or clubbing, from nearby is great. I recommend it totally.

Downtown

Good Hotel. This location is listed as Downtown and it is; but it is South of the Riverwalk. It is a long walk but if you take the Orange route bus or trolly you will arrive at the Riverwalk in 5 min.

Great Room

We checked in a little late and there was no problem. The people that checked us in were very friendly and helpful. All interactions with the staff were positive and we had no problems. The property seemed clean and well maintained and the room was very clean. Will probably stay there again on our next trip to San Antonio.
