Great hotel for the price.

Great hotel for the price. Only one issue was that in our room the hot water took like 10 minutes to heat up. Clean and beautiful interior. The grounds were quite nice as well.

Pretty but a the decor is a bit tired still a great value...

Great value for the price. Except to raise revenue don't understand the need to charge for overnight parking. An $8- overnight or a $15- valet fee was excessive and not noted prior to booking.

awesome place!

I loved this doubletree!! I stayed at the other doubletree on Major Blvd and thought that was awesome... this doubletree beats it!! It has a spa and huge pool with waterfall, and a jacuzzi... amazing!! Me and my boyfriend will definitely be going back to visit soon!! One thing.... the walls are VERY thin so we woke up at 8am to a little kid screaming... other than, that it was great!

great hotel for the price

The initial check in was a problem. Although the reservation was made and confirmed the front desk attendant wanted to down grade us to a double bed instead of the queen we reserved and paid for. After checking in to our room it was great. The television was broken but they came and repaired it quickly. The room was clean and the hotel was beautiful. The restaurants were nice my only complaint is the hotel is quite busy but would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Comfortable & Fun

Plenty of pool space and lounge chairs. Restaraunts were good, Wi-Fi in the lobby and out by the pools was nice. Possibly aviod building 12 near all the laundry and houskeeping facilities.

outstanding hotel

We had an amazing stay the hotel was great and my family enjoyed it very much!

Really Nice Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel previously but my room was located in the tower. This time our room was located in building 9, the room was much nicer!!!! I was able to enjoy the pools and jacuzzi...really good...our main issue was that the a/c was not working properly...the beds were actually more comfortable in the room up in the tower..other than that no problems! plus we got it for a really really good price!

Noisy neighbors

When I booked I selected interior entrance. I hate entering a hotel room from the outside. When I arrived I got an exterior entrance room. On top of that there was an door inside my room to get to the room next to me. I did not feel safe. I asked for a tower room and was told that they were all booked up. It was only maybe 70 cars in the whole lot. I did not believe that at all! My next issue is with the mini golf. You have to walk from 1 end of the property to the other end to check out balls and clubs and only have 1 hour to play. Pools were Ice cold, mixed drinks extremely high! We had to pay for self parking per night. I will not stay at this hotel again period!

Just what we expected

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! When we arrived at the hotel, we were originally booked for an exterior room. The women at the counter asked if we wanted to upgrade to the Tower room suit for just 10 dollars extra a night- AMAZING! We loved our spacious room, view, and comfortable bed! The location was within walking distance of both Sea World and Aquatica. This hotel definitely made our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning!

Great Deal!

This was the best for a Sea World/ Aquatica stay. Both are within walking distance, so you can save money on parking fees. The rooms do look like the pictures posted, very nice zen/spa decore. The matress was very comfortable, the best hotel matress I have ever slept on.
