Small Inconvenience

Cable service was not working properly the first day. So there were very few channels that worked. We couldn't even purchase movies. But they did fix it the next day.

outstanding hotel

Perfect hotel!

My family and I stayed at this hotel during a conference, and had very little time at the hotel. However, the time we spent was wonderful! The service exceeded my expectations and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We slept as good as we ever had in our life. The rooms are spacious as well, thanks to the master layout. The walk-in shower was an even nicer surprise with the "rain"-style shower head.

Perfect for USMLE Step 2--especially if you're a nursing mother

I stayed at this hotel the night before my USMLE Step 2 exam. It was the perfect location, the exam site is located only 2 minutes away on the other side of the freeway. I decided to stay at this hotel based on the other positive reviews. Everything was great, but I especially want to mention that one of the employees, Vanessa, went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay outstanding. I'm still nursing my daughter and had to pump throughout my hotel stay. Not only did she let me leave my ice-pack in the main hotel freezer, she even assisted me with getting additional ice and packing up my pumped breastmilk so that it would stay cool for my return flight to Baltimore. I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to anyone, especially for the top notch service I received from Vanessa and all the other employees.

Great room for the money

Room was very nice and clean. Great Staff. Shower and toilet area is pretty small in the room.

this hotel was AWESOME! I reviewed the pictures online before booking my room, but it is much better in person! My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert so we just needed the room for the night. It was HUGE for just two people and beyond comfortable. My boyfriend really enjoyed the giant flat screen right in the middle of the room! the decorations were very nice too. The staff was extremely friendly. I also found the check in/check out kiosk very helpful!! Would definitely stay there again!

Loved This Hotel

We were staying at this hotel for just one night prior to flying out from Houston Bush Airport. The room was very reasonably priced for the weekend night that we stayed. I am sure it is higher during the week, since it is near the Greenspoint Business area. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever experienced in a hotel. The location is very convenient to the airport, being not more than 5 to 10 minutes away, depending on the traffic. The surrounding neighborhood is not the most scenic or secure in the Houston area, but the hotel has limited access to the parking lot and hotel by use of a fence. The staff was super. The hotel offers continental breakfast, snacks, etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Was very impressed

It won't the most comfortable stay I had ever had in a hotel. They had great service. I didn't like the surrounding area. I also, wish they had a jacuzzi. Other than that, like i said, it was great!!

Great room for the money

The room was very clean and spacious. It was modern and the staff was very friendly. Parking was free. I enjoyed the large sofa and flat screen that rotated. I was able to watch the television from the sofa as well as the bed. It was well worth the money!

Needs to be more responsive

The staff was very nice, and rooms were good, but the wireless connection was down both days. It severely impacted work I needed to get done. Stuff like that happens, but there was no response or updates from the staff on when it would get fix. I saw the technician working on it when I was checking out.
