Wonderful Hotel

We arrived on a Thursday evening and were met at the curb by the doorman who parked our car in the secure garage. The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was fantastic. Quiet and comfortable and a great layout for two adults and one child. It was especially nice to have two TV's, one in the 'living room' and one in the bedroom with a door in-between. Loved the Aveda products in the bathroom. Location was very good. We were able to walk to most any downtown location and were close to Robson, the big shopping street. Would happily recommend this hotel to friends.

Great experience

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Soleil. It is very clean and comfortable with a nice mix of traditional and modern features; a young and polite staff; and a convenient location to Robson St., the convention center, and other easy-to-reach-on-foot attractions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location

Great loaction in Downtown Vancouver. Everything is in close proximity to either catch a cab, bus or the Granville Island aquabus. Great downtown area with lots of life.

Uneven Support

Beautiful, well-located hotel. Excellent support from concierges, But... Stayed here twice. First night: excellent. Stayed again after a cruise and trip to Victoria, people manning desk were not particularly helpful. When asking about where to find a car to rent, desk people said, "there are lots of them around here," and directed us to 3rd floor computer to look for one. Did not take the baton to call for us as one would expect.

Perfect Oasis in Mid-Town

A few days at the Hotel Le Soleil was the perfect way end to a Alaskan cruise. Such space! Right in the heart of downtown with everything a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very attentive staff, small boutique atmosphere--didn't have to fight crowds through the lobby! Good job, all!

Wonderful suite, wonderful location, great deal!

We travelled with friends and we had adjoining suites. The rooms were very nice and the location was extremely convenient! And let's not forget the price. It couldn't be beaten for the quality of the hotel, the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff and the location. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Le Soleil to anyone going to Vancouver. Our only complaint is that you really won't have a view but that's a small drawback on an otherwise lovely hotel for a very reasonable price.

Great downtown location

Stayed at Hotel Le Soleil prior to a cruise. The hotel is located three blocks from the major cruise terminal. The location is in the heart of Vancouver, easy to get around. The staff were most helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. For us, it was a great beginning to a wonderful vacation.

Outstanding Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days while visiting Vancouver. This is a great hotel in a great location for those of us who try to avoid using a car on vacation. Its in a convient location to walk to many great resturants and sights in Vancouver. Its also close to the Skyrail and bus routes that will take just about every where you want to go. Hotel staff is great to top it off.
