Good location, OK hotel

Basic hotel but worth the price I paid. Location was good. Parking in the basement was under construction and was awful.

Good room for the price we've paid

This is a good Hotel and on a perfect location nearby the Falls and Canada. The price and service was good.

Poor Hotel, Good location

Rooms are really old, the hotel is almost falling apart. Smoke smell in the corriddors. Need to be cleaner. Did not even have drinking water in the room. Not worth the price. I have stayed in much better hotels for lower prices. Location is good though.

too strict on early checkin

We wanted to checkin in two hours before normal checkin time and check out fourteen hours before checkout time. But they asked us to pay one and half day's price. No compromises on early checkin !!

Customer service was bad

I was particularly disappointed about our reception at the time of check-in. The lady did not interact as anybody would have liked her to, no smile, a very cold greeting. Our queries were not welcomed in a good manner. The hotel's location was quite good, just at a distance of about 5 minutes from the American Falls. The bed linen and bathroom towels had a very peculiar unhealthy smell. Overall not satisfied for the amount spent.

Hotel was in better shape than last time (3 yrs ago). They seem to be making upgrades, still work to do. Best feature is the location.

everything was execptional except for the noise from the snow park next door. It was great to just park the car and have everything in walking distance.

Just fine room, but at a nice location

It was average or may be below average room. Had nice restaurant in reception area. It so close to fall that we really enjoyed all events at Niarga in 1.5 days I would recommend this place if you want to stay close with little compromise in quality.

Very Convinient Location

The hotel is very close to the Niagara Falls state Park, the US side. Parking is limited.
