Nonsmoking ??

I stepped into the nonsmoking room... and found that it smelled like a smoking room. If I could smell the odor why couldnt the staff or management?

need to change rooms from non smoking to smoking

We had requested a non smoking room and this was how the room was listed but it really smelled bad-even the sheets. I don't know when it became a non smoking room. I was only there for 8 hours so I didn't bother to complain.

Good value for the money

Our room was clean and comfortable, towels were of good quality and the hot water abundant. Some little maintenance-related details were off: carpeting coming up, shower valve sloppy (felt worn out) and so forth. But the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the location good and the price about right for the neighborhood.

Met my expectations.

Nice hotel. Convenient location to the airport. Although, as a "business place" and given its proximity to the airport, a shuttle would be nice.

comfortable bed

I requested a non smoking room, and when we arrived at our room with bags in tow, we found that the room smelled horrible. So we called down to front desk, and were offered the option of having an aerosol sprayed in the room to mask the odor, but i requested a different room, so we were given a different. After settling into our new room we found that the toliet had been used and not flushed prior to our arrival, we were unnerved by this but found no other problems with the room. I think this hotel is adequate, minutes from the airport, and quiet. Could be a little cheaper. Bed was very comfortable.
