Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 85Great Hotel
This is a great Location for Niagara Falls viewing plus the Casino right across the street was a lot of fun. The neighborhood is sort of run down, we didn't want to eat at the Hotel restaurant but there are no fastfood places near the Hotel so you're limited for places to eat unless you want the expensive breakfast/lunch @ the hotel

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 85Too expensive for the provided service
We think this hotel was too expensive for the service that was provided. The variety of food was very poor (we think some burgers and french fries is not acceptable at four star hotel ). The hospitality of the stuff (front desk) was on very low level. We didn't not feel like we were welcomed to that place. we think the hotel has a great benefit becuase of its close location to the Niagara Falls.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 85Very Friendly
When we checked in, I was wearing a New England Patriots shirt and being in Bills country they were quick to jump on it, but in a jovial way. We had a long talk about the opening week game while check in and then they told us where a lot of the points of interest were that we wanted to see. After a six hour ride, it was nice to arrive to such a warm reception.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 85Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls
We stayed one night at the Crown Plaza for a two-day getaway. The hotel itself is adequate; nothing more, nothing less. The town of Niagara Fall, NY, is in my opinion a tourist town that is past its prime. Small sections of it are in the process of updating and rebuilding; other than that it seems the Canadian side (which we did not go to) appears to offer many more attractions.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 85Nice Hotel, but needs better housekeeping staff
The hotel was very nice, but our room was dirty and we had to get another room. It was obvious that the second room had been vacuumed well. The king bed was very comfortable.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 85Hotel staff and walls need improvement
The hotel staff wasnt very courteous or interested in attending to the guests and the hotel rooms had extremely thin walls and doors. The room otherwise was comfortable and the hotel location was very convenient for visiting Niagara falls.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 85needs improvement
The room price is not worth the value of such average accomodation. Very unlikely the Crowne Plaza Hotel I have known for its class A accomodation and comfort. This hotel unit in Niagara, NY is the exact opposite of the popular Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 85Tired Hotel
For a hotel with such a recognized brand name, the Crowne Plaza was a complete disappointment. The hotel appears clean but is in tremendous need of new paint, wallpaper and carpet. Our perception of poor safety was also an issue. While unloading our car we noticed a homeless person digging through the hotel entrance trashcan and then a hotel maintenance worker approached us and said to be sure and hide valuables from plain view in our car. The hotel's surrounding area is also depressed and there are many closed businesses. It didn't appear to be safe to walk in the area after dark. We also didn't sleep well as we awoke on 2 occasions to the sounds of yelling hotel guests in the hallway. If we visit the Niagara area in the future we will certainly stay overnight on the Canadian side of the Falls.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 85Check timings too rigid
The hotel staff made us wait for one hour to check in at 4.00 PM. The rules are too rigid and we had wait in a long queue to check in.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 85Good hotel, clean rooms
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Maids were friendly but not intrusive. Rooms and lobby was clean and inviting. If I was pressed to complain about anything it would be the parking situation. When you pay for a room it should come with a place to park at no additional cost. Other than that I loved my times there.
