Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 112Great hotel, great location
This is a great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. I especially liked how easy it was to get to from the QEW.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 112Modern Comfort
We stayed at the Cosmopolitan in September and were very impressed. The hotel itself and our room were clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to major attractions, public transit and grocery stores. The staff was very helpful, able to answer all our questions. We felt they went above and beyond to make our stay less stressful. We used the underground parking to save some money instead of their valet service as we relyed on public transit to get around. The car was within walking distance so we could get to it if we needed.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 112Loved this hotel
This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, public transportation and other major hotels. The staff was very helpful. Instead of rooms, the hotel has well-designed suites and provide everything you would need including dishes in the kitchen, a washer/dryer and comfy robes to wear. The place was spotless. Because there are only a few suites on each floor, there is little noise or waiting for elevators. I enjoyed the new age touches like a small fountain gurgling in the room, a cd playing meditative music as we walked in and the turn down service with the incense of your choice. The wine bar downstairs seemed popular although we didn't take advantage of that. It seemed like a perfect hotel for a romantic get-away and I would strongly recommend it to my friends going to Toronto.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 112Relaxing and Rejuvenating
We especially liked the decor of the room with the hardwood floors and clean, contemporary furnishings. It was a beautiful and convenient kitchen. The incense and gems for the turn down service were wonderful. We really considered it a great find. We could walk easily to CN tower, entertainment or the Eaton Center. Valet service for the car was a drawback, since we had to make sure we had everything out of the car that we might need because we had no access to it and we did not really know where it was parked. We ended up needing the car more than we thought in our three day stay. The staff was very helpful. I made the mistake of reading somewhere that the continental breakfast buffet was included with the room and we got charged for it because they said it was not included for our reservation. We would not have used it, had we known, because the only thing we couls eat from it was the fruit and a cup of tea. We would absolutely stay there again!

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 112Enjoyed modern feel
I enjoyed the unique and modern feel of the hotel. I appreciated that the front desk told me about the nearby public parking lot which was much cheaper than valet parking. I appreciated that the front desk suggested to buy an all day public transportation pass. I would have liked to know up front that parking costs were not included in my hotel price that I prepaid for. I was disappointed that they did not give me the wake up call that I requested. I was also disappointed to discover that the deposit for incidentals would stay on my credit card for 10 business days after leaving the hotel. I would have liked to know that up front.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 112Great Hotel!!
We loved this hotel from the moment we got there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was all the city noise at night, but you would get that at any hotel that was situated in the city. The turndown service was nice, especially since they left a surprise on our pillows and some lovely incense for us to burn. We lit the incense and played the complimentary relaxation CD at bedtime. It was a wonderful hotel. Highly recommend you stay at if you go to Toronto.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 112Best Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In
The service at this hotel was superb! Hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and very fun to talk to. I loved that the hotel was in the middle of downtown Toronto, but yet was not noisy or bustling with outside street noise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Toronto. I loved it there, and did not want to leave! The suites with the washer/dryer set and the kitchenette were very nice, especially since my stay in Toronto was long. The spa was very nice and tidy, and was very clean. The hotel has a very comfortable feel, and is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The next time I am in Toronto the Cosmopolitan is guaranteed my business!

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 112Great Location - Great Facility
The hotel is located just off Yonge Street between Front and King within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Union Station, the convention centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, St. Lawrence Market, etc. The subway is around the corner. Rooms are small suites with kitchenettes, mini laundries, irons, hair dryers, safes and most everything else one needs for an extended stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant on premises is expensive but good. Free breakfast and high speed Internet service are included in some packages, but you need to inquire to be sure. Beware the mini-bar (inside the refrigerator). In my room it was broken and empty. I informed the front desk and there was no problem. Parking is expensive (as it is everywhere in Toronto). But Toronto has excellent public transportation and a car is actually a hindrance.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 112Excellent hotel choice in downtown Toronto
My only concern with this hotel is that the room service was not very thorough. The only thing they did when servicing the room was make the bed and hang up the towels. Other than that I found the hotel to great. The rooms were large enough to be apartments and the location was great.
