The front desk staff was wonderful... polite and helpful. The room was small but extremely nice. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast had an excellent selection, however the staff wasn't keeping everything filled so not much was available.

Great hotel but........

We were surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. The only complaint was that there were many sports stations on television, but the news stations were lacking. Just the usual CNN, MSNBC, etc., but not our favorite - Fox News Channel which did play in the lobby. This was the only disappointment.

Great mid-level hotel.

Rooms are nice and remodeled. The Free Breakfast was great. And the King sized bed was very comfortable.

Very good stay

Very surprised with the hotel. Stayed at newer hotels that weren't as nice. Walls are a bit thin as you can hear neighboring rooms pretty clearly.I'll be returning here in the future.

Great room for money-needs inprovement

We call the hotel from 2 hrs away, they changed us to a Handicap room as we wanted, But the room hadn't been used in a while as the toilet wouldn't flush properly, when we reported this to the front desk they offered to move us to another room, but we decided to stay where we settled, we ask for a plunger,and service man tried to plunge the toilet, but he found out it was a valve(which he replace Promptly)The rest of our Holiday Was Very Nice and comfortable, w/o any further complications. The staff went above and Beyond their duty to Help us Out. TYVM.

Exceeded my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with the necesary supplies I needed. The location to all my favorite spots e.g. Squaw Mt. and restaurants, was excellent; the breakfast brunh was exceptional and the envinroment was relaxing.

Great value here

My king size bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Not at all like most hotel stays. The room had a desk area separate from the TV/Bed and I liked that too. Nice breakfast too. Only drawback is the doors close very loudly so hotel noise was a little loud. Overall I will stay here again when I'm in Phoenix.

Good Stay

This is a good Hotel to stay in, for the price its a great deal. It was clean , quite and easy access to freeway and close to restaurants, if I'm in the phoenix area ill stay here again.

Great for the price

It's not a 5 star resort, but for the money it is perfect. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

This COmfort Inn was a great value and most importan to me, really nice beds. I would gladly recommend this location and value to others.
