Great Location and Room for the money

Very nice hotel. Second time I've stayed here. Very nice restaurant adjacent to hotel (The Elephant & Castle). Room had some minor issues such as only one set of towels for 3 people and no bedding for the pull-out bed. All deficiencies were quickly corrected by the staff. Short walk to Fanieul Hall and the Garden. Parking charges reasonable ($10 per day). I found out later that the hotel provides a discount after I had already paid - leason learned for next time I stay here, and will stay here again. Also like the free filtered water machines in the hallways.

Great option

Great value and a very convenient location. The filtered water was a small but wonderful perquisite, and the room was nice (don't have the size complaints others seem to). Only two complaints: the "queen bed" was actually two normal mattresses zipped together, which made for a few uncomfortable moments while sleeping, and housekeeping knocking despite my having put the Do Not Disturb sign outside. Otherwise, we praised the experience multiple times, and would recommend it to others.

Good value for the money - sketchy location after dark

The hotel was an excellent value for the money but the location was a bit sketchy after dark. Pros: Close to tourist attractions such as the Freadom Trail T (subway) stop a half block away - this stop connects with the airport Cons: Limited breakfast options in the area Much greater density of homeless

Quality Hotel

Clean, convenient location. Easy to get to the airport. The adjacent restaurant provides room service at decent prices with good food. Easy check in and check out with automated kiosks in the lobby.

Good Quiet Location

The hotel is small and the rooms are more so. It reminds me of small, in-town European hotels. It is fine for the money. The location was a little too quiet at night on the weekends. The staff were good and everything was clean and in good working order. Don't talk too loud if you have any secrets, as all noise, even low speaking voices, can be heard from room to room and hallway to room.
