Clarion Inn Bush Intercontinental Airport

Very impressive!

I was very impressived with the Clarion Inn! It had that 5-star appearance without the cost. I will definitely recommend to others and be back!

Very Nice

The Clarion was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The staff was fantastic (it was nice to have the front desk person call me by name before I had even introduced myself). Right near the airport, easy access to main arteries of traffic. An exceptional stay.

Clarion Houston Airport

Very close to the airport. Much nicer on the inside than on the outside. The continental breakfast actually had eggs and bacon as well.

Good location, average hotel

If, like me, what interests you is to get out of Houston as soon as possible, you can't beat the location. The hotel itself, well, nothing to write home about.

Broken Promises

I choose that specific Clarion Hotel around Bush Int'l in Houston because of location+rate. I did not expect much,. but everything started in a sour note, with as operator telling me 3 (three!!!!) times that "the shuttle was about to pick me up at the airport for me to realize, 50 minutes that the hotel does not have a shuttel-service at all. Then was the bas smell in the hallways and inside the room, rotten bed sheets and, incredible, the room phone was not working. They gave me a wake up call next day bu knocking at my door. The crew seemed lost and if not rude, not caring very much for my complaints, blaming the "thunderstorm", while I ask other guests an they claim to have TV and phone working. Well, honest, I travel about 150 days a year and i have no plans to choose Clarion hotels never more. Sorry.

Outstanding Value At Any Price

I travel extensively and this hotel would be my choice at twice the price; it was clean and supported by very friendly and helpful staff. I could not have been more pleased.

Very Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Our plane arrived late in the night and the hotel held our reservation and the clerk knew who I was when I got there! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet (we never heard our neighbors - how rare is that!), and nicely decorated. We'd stay there again!

Great Hotel

Great Hotel. the staff was great. Very helpful. We had a room that had a partially working AC and they immediately changed our rooms. Breakfast was basic but good for on the run. We only waited 5 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to the hotel. Nice pool and basic workout room. Park across the street for outdoor walking.

Christopher is a great hotel manager with a great staff

We stayed at the Clarion Inn during the recent IKE evacuation of Galveston. Despite some hardships caused by Ike's damage to the hotel the hotel provided excellent service during a time of crisis. The hotel was very clean, service friendly and my son leant new swimming strokes in the pool. We particularly thank the hotel manager Christopher Martin for his care of us and others during this period.
