Good Value

Elevator struggled all week and the beds were ultra comfy, but for the price over NY's eve in San Diego with a bowl game in town you couldn't beat the price.

quality and overall satisfied

Bartender very rude no customers acknoledged and we still were treated badly by her. Rest of staff excellent and professional.

Exceeded Expectations

For the price and location I did not expect it to be as nice. It was very well appointed, clean, and trendy. Not many extras in common areas but we didn't need them on this trip. Really nice experience, nice hotel. I would definately recommend.

Convenience with "home town feeling

My husband spent almost 2 weeks as the Bristol as our home base. It was conveniently located to all the public transit available, friendly staff, and wonderful beds! Thanks for a super relaxing vacation.

Good deal.

Very friendly staff. The room I stayed in was very nice and quiet. However, the airconditioning wasn't working well.

Very good room for the money

This hotel was in a great location. There were many restaraunts and shops just around the corner. There was also a mall across the street. The room was a little small with a small bathroom, but you almost expect that because it being a downtown hotel. The only complaint I have is the service we received when we went to eat breakfast at the hotel. The service was terrible. It took my boyfriend and I about 15-20 mins to be seated because there were only 2 people working in the place with many tables. The food was alright, and again the service was terrible. I would suggest going to Dennys instead. The staff was polite and curteous. The hotel is very modern, including the rooms.

Overall, I was satisfied

Nice hotel, great location. Only downside is the hotel seemingly does not have double-paned windows, so noise from traffic outside can be annoying. I didn't find the noise to be too bad though.

Good Hotel but needs some changes

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was friendly. However, my husband and I were dissapointed that no one offered to help us with our luggage since we were also trying to carry a 3 month old baby. We were also disappointed by the price of the overnight parking but did appreciate the quickness of retrieving it when we were leaving very early in the morning and needed to go to the airport. The room was very clean and they promptly gave us a crib for our little one. Unfortunately our room faced the side near the greyhound bus station and trolley so tended to be a bit loud.
