Boston Park Plaza Hotel

Very Good Location and Good for the Price

we stayed here on new years eve so the hotel was packed. Our floor was rather noisy even at 3am but again, it was new year's eve. my complaints were that our heater didn't quite work properly and there was no TV remote in the room. we ate at the melting pot restaurant in the hotel for dinner and it was mediocre. on the plus side, the location is great. its central to everything we needed to do for the first night celebration. Also, for a hotel in this area on new years eve, the price we paid was fantastic.

Outstanding Hotel

We had a wonderful time and the servise was top rated.

The hotel was beautiful and beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed in, but there were stains on the linens and the hotel had an old musty odor to it. Overall, I would probably stay again for the right price.

Great Hotel-Great location

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously during our 2 night stay at the boston Park Plaza in late December.The lobby was beautifully decorated and the live piano music made for an enchanting atmosphere.Our room was nicely appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. we ate all of aour meals within about 300 yds of the Hotel as this area is inundated with eateries and fine restaurants. We will definately stay at this hotel again!

Needs to work on customer service!

Even tho the airport had delivered our lost bags - the hotel did not notify us they had arrived; I had to search them down! Worse was the hotel starting construction (hammering on the walls!) on the room next to us at 8:00am and continuing throughout the day! They could have told us this would happen - AND offered an alternative. Poorly managed for a hotel of this caliber - esp during a holiday period.

excellent deal

The hotel was very clean with a lot of ambience, and the staff was great. I would recommend an upgrade to the deluxe if possible because the regular rooms are very small. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect.

Check in

The hotel was very nice once I got in; however, the check-in and check-out was quite slow.

Great Deal

I have been staying at the Boston Park Plaza for years and I have never been disappointed in my stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. While a bit small they work perfectly for the brief visits to Boston. The location is ideal for going anywhere in the city. The hotel has that friendly old-world charm and is very welcoming.

New Years Eve 2008

I had read horror stories after I booked. I had upgraded to a deluxe room for only 20.00 more and was absolutely thrilled when I saw the room. Yes, bathroom was small but updated and loved the 2 headed shower and the room was large, clean and updated as well. The service from the desk to room service and downstairs lounge was friendly, prompt and helpful. This was a wonderful stay and would stay again and recommend. Thank you Park Plaza and hotels.com. Amazing Hotel

The Park Plaza was a wonderful place to stay! the room was on the small side, but beautiful! We had a great view of the park! The location was a major bonus as well- we walked from there up newbury street and later to the N.E. Aquarium! As a displaced Bostonian I will be using this hotel often and highly recommend it!

Good Location and Price

The best parts of this hotel were the loaction for the price paid. The rooms were adequate but there is no refrigirator which is inconvenient.
