NO SMOKING ROOMS

Liked the fact all rooms are NO SMOKING. There was no lingering oder of smoking!

Decent for area

Looked to have been remodeled since others in area.

Comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well-maintained, the staff were very courteous, and for the money we paid, the value was exceptional. A good indoor pool and a sumptuous complimentary breakfast are good value-adds as well.

Not so great

Our room reeked of urine. The rest of the hotel smelled like an ethnic cooking fiesta was taking place right there in the lobby. It was absoulutely nauseating! In addition, the hotel was not as close to Niagara Falls as we would have liked. There are other hotels on the NY side of Niagara Falls, within walking distance. On the plus side, the pool area & fitness center was nice. The stay also conveniently includes a breakfast spread with juice, cereal, breakfast breads & waffle maker.

Acceptable hotel with a few very good features

This is a fairly ordinary place in a commercial neighborhood. It worked well for us as we were just in town to visit relatives. One thing I loved was the great lighting on both sides of the king-sized bed (I like to read in bed). The complementary breakfast was fine, too.

Nice and Clean

Very clean non smoking hotel with indoor pool. and good continental breakfast.

Pleasant staff

Everything was fine - except the room smelled a little musty. The exhaust system in the bathroom was not working. The beds were VERY comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient. The breakfast attendant was very efficient.

Good one for the price

Everything in this hotel was good (room, cleanliness, arrangement etc), just one thing was that the AC in the room was not working. It made the room completely stuffy. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Good Value

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Met our expectations. Clean room for a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Good selection for this level hotel. Waffle Maker!! (kids loved it) Biggest negative was coffee was undrinkable, but there is Dunkin Donuts just down the street.
