Best room for money, great location

We used the reviews to choose this hotel and we would deffinately trust hotel.com reviews again. The staff told us about a few places not on the tour books that were great and we enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to NO we will stay there again.

Good room for the money

I like the location for walking to the French Quarter. To know where you can park is another matter. Hotel does not have its own parking, and the paid lot nearby was tiny. The room itself was very clean, and the beds were okay. Would stay again next time I need to go to New Orleans.

Good price

The hotel room was small but nice. The bathroom was clean, and we walked everywhere we went so the location was good.

Good Value

We paid half the price that others did in the area, and was a great value. We were a 15 minute walk from the convention center and 3 blocks away from bourbon street and 5-6 blocks away from the French Quarter. The only thing we didn't like was the windows were awkward in that they were below the floor so the top of the window was abdominal level.

Great Hotel

My sister, her boyfriend, my boyfriend, and I took this trip as an early Christmas gift to each other. We had a great time! The room was big and spacious. We were on the top floor so we had a lovely view of the city. Almost everything was complimentary and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff was very informative and helpful. The only problem I had was the size of the beds. They were not standard double beds. They were a little smaller than that. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel the next time I stay in new Orleans.

Great hotel!

This hotel was great. I arrived for a conference and it was in walking distance of everything. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Great location for NEW ORLEANS

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and great service. The gal at the front desk was great at helping us set up our tours. The only complaint I have was the view from the room. Had a corner room with no view. Couldn't even tell if it was raining or not.

Very Nice

This hotel is in a fantastic location and is really pretty inside! The free breakfast is pretty good (continental) and there is a bar but no restaurant (plenty of places to eat around within walking distance so no need for it). It is walking distance to Garden District, Uptown, French Quarter, and the streetcar. Lovely and I would stay here again!

Convenient, clean and good staff

I was pleased to find this hotel because other than a few minor stains on the carpet, the room was clean and the staff took care in preparing the room. Also, the price was reasonable and the location was convenient to downtown, French Quarter, etc. They had the standard complimentary breakfast that was convenient.
