Not satisfied at all

The room had some bad smell. The A/C was so noisy that kept us awake the whole night. The walls were so thin we could hear people walking by our room and slamming doors. The wireless Internet was so poor during the whole stay and only one signal bar was available the whole time. I called the front desk for help and she told me to call the helpline myself. We even tried the computer at the lobby and we couldn't get online. I won't stay there again.

Good place to stay

The room was fine, two beds, each had a different firmness. The shuttle was the reason I chose the hotel. It goes to various attractions in the area, no need to rent a car. The mall, with various restaurants were within walking distance (3/4 mile or so) or the shuttle. One of the shuttle drivers/managers was very accommodating and changed their schedule to adjust to an early flight. Other drivers were not so accommodating so make sure you address this at the desk. We checked in on a very busy cruise day and the desk was overwhelmed and we were not treated with the expected courtesy, but once the business slowed, the front desk was very accommodating. Overall our stay was nice, the hotel management tried to ensure our comfort, they just need to tell the other employees to be consistently courteous and helpful.

Great Hotel

I was very impress with this hotel service.Everything in the room was great Any time I needed direction to somewhere they had printed direction for us(so great)The restaurant service was wonderful. The food was good I would rate it a 4 1\2.We stay for two nights and I was able to sleep until 10:00am without any noise form the hotel.Only thing I would make sure that I have a Queen bed not a full.

Needs Improvement

Room was very small and cramp. We booked for 3 adults and one child. Poor insulation, you can hear your neighbour next door. Noisy when someone in your room or your neighbour takes a shower. Hotel is old. No elevator, need to climb up stairs and not good if you have heavy luggages. However wifi is good, and they had shuttle services to places of interest like the Sea world, etc.

Excellent location but needs serious work

This hotel is locatedless than ten minutes from the Zoo and Sea World. You cannot beat the location. As for the room itself, the hotel eeds some work. We stayed for four night only had hot water for two of the nights and the blankets smelled so foul that we took them off the bed. The room was tiny, the "queen" size bed was full at best and the four of us had to take turns moving around the room. I will never stay here again. The convenience is not enough.

There are better hotels !!

Based on my past good experiences with BW I booked this hotel. Was totally dissapointed seeing how tiny the room and the bathroom were, but got no choice since I prepaid. This is just run of a mill motel and nowhere close to other BW quality. Moreover they don't serve continental breakfast instead they have a cafe attached where you have to pay for everything including coffee and prices were insane. For the price you pay for the room and breakfast you can get a high end hotel. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Great benefits for the money

We usually stay in Mission Bay, however we tried for something new and different. I must admit I was a wee bit concerned because of the price, but I have to say that I was very happy with the room, the staff was AWESOME. The shuttle drivers that the hotel offers were very nice and willing to spend the extra time to tell you about different adventures and not so populated spots.... Over all I was very pleased with the hotel and all of the staff!

It was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was with the wireless Internet not working all the time.

great stay for cost

service at the front desk was friendly & helpful. shuttle driver gave great references & directions. very impressed by customer service at this location. staff was quite friendly. would definitely stay here again.
