Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 42Worst beds on EARTH
The hotel was "ok" under a bit of construction, but the rooms were very small( had to lift toilet seat to open bathroom door)and the beds were so uncomfortable I chose to sleep sitting up in a chair! The people were very nice and helpful.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 42Good room for the money
Comfortable room. Bathroom small, but functional and clean. Very polite and helpful staff. They are currently doing some renovation work, but it did not adversely affect our stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 42Very disappointing
Hotel did not have staff to give me an additional roll on bed. Bathroom did not have any toilet paper and kleenex tissues. Front desk would not deliver it to my room as they had no other staff. I personally had to go and pickup the supplies from front desk. Very unprofessional.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 42Under Renovation
This hotel has an excellent location near the Bay Area Mall, Nasa, etc. The hotel is going under renovations right now and some parts of the room had been updated and other parts had not. It wasn't intrusive however so when they are done the rooms will be quite nice. My only real complaint was the tightness of the bathroom and the really, really low countertop on the bathroom sink. There also is very, very little room around the sink for toileties. There is, however, a refrig and microwave which was nice.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 42Nees improvement
Needs improvement. Bathroom to small and dressing table with a sink to dark and small. The complimentary breakfast needs improvement. You could tell the room is a very old room. It was clean.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 42great value
The cost of the rooms here are remarkably low, compared to nearby hotels. But I've stayed here a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. The hallway carpeting is a bit worn, but the rooms are comfortable and useful.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 42good room for the money
The room was very small but clean enough for the money.needs updating and the sheets could use some bleach.Iam not a picking person but if I was I would have complained about the sheets.they also put us at the end of a hallway that happend to be a main entrance so the room was very noisy.all and all I'd say for the money it was ok.Good for a cheap weekend stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 42Conveniently close to everything
The hotel's location is convenient to dining and shopping, within walking distance. It is also close to the Kemah boardwalk and about 30 minutes' drive to the Galveston beach. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. We've paid more and gotten less elsewhere. We would stay again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 42Older but well maintained
The Good: The hotel is somewhat old, but is well maintained; everything in our rooms was clean and in working order. The bathrooms are small but are functional; I didn't find their size to be a problem. The free breakfast with fresh wafels was decent. The Bad: The receptionist changed one of our rooms at the last minute as the original one wasn't ready. He must have not changed it in the system as they later rented our room to someone else; at 1am as we were sleeping someone unlocked our door! Fortunately I had the chain on so they couldn't get in but it was an unpleasant experience. I don't think that happens often so I won't take it against the hotel, but a reminder to always keep the chain on!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 42good for the price
I was not expecting a 5 star motel at the cost we paid. It was clean, comfortable and the people were cooperative and nice. Only problem was with the pool. There was no sign stating when it closed and one of the workers came out to tell one of the people in my party they had to get out as past closing time. He was not coorteous about it. The location is off the road and so almost drove past it. Have to almost be right upon it to see the sign

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 15 of 42Bathroom needed cleaning - dont count on breakfast
The bathroom was not al all as clean as it should have been. The hotel ran out of breakfast about half way through the allotted time. Bed was good. Hotel is OK, but not exceptional by any means.
