Best Western Gateway Inn & Suites

Great Location

We go to denver regualarly for medical care at the Children's Hospital. We have stayed in lots of hotels in the area. We really liked the location of this hotel. It was next to the mall and theather. There were also warm cookies every night. My only complaint was that the equipment in the exercise room did not work. But, I was given a free pass at the health club around the corner which worked out great.

Good room for the money

Service and staff were very good and the beds were fairly comfortable. Hotel has some maintenance needs (cracked tiles, tub faucet wouldn't stop leaking), but overall a good room for the money.

FANTASTIC

Very clean hotel in a nice location. Free breakfast was tasty too.

Needs Improvement

If you are considering this hotel for its swimming pool option then you may not be satisfied. The hot tub area was not working and the pool was colder than what was expected. The hotel was clean and so was the room. It did need more pillows for the queen size beds. The breakfast was okay.

Aurora Best Western Hotel

This is a great hotel at a great location. It's near the interstate, but you hear nothing, it's near the mall and wall mart is around the corner. Breakfast was more then expected. Overall it was a great stay. The only thing the hotel can improve on is the hotel customer service. I'll go here again!

Great hotel!

This hotel was very clean, it looked very nice, and the rooms were great, included a mini fridge and a microwave. the beds were very comfortable and everything was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel

It was close to a mall, resturants, and movie theater.

Great Stay for the Money

The hotel is in a great location, near shopping, food and highway entrances as well as easy access to the airport. Overall, happy with the room for the price. By the way, breakfast was a nice spread.

The rooms were clean the staff was pleasant and helpful. They seemed to enjoy themselves. It was easy access to the interstate and food service was nearby. My room did overlook the roof of a Walmart and that would be my only complaint and that really is not a complaint.

A good night's sleep.

My only regret was I forgot to request a non-smoking room. Otherwise it was a very good night's sleep.
