A great place to stay

From the very moment we got there it was an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very accommodating. We would most definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone else

Outstanding Hotel

Great hotel and convenient location.

Good hotel, not great location

Very nice room, hotel is fine, easy to find and has secured underground parking. (A must for Vancouver) The area isn't the best though, Granville Street is mainly bars for the 18-15 generation and there was a lot of homeless around. My biggest concern though was that the hotel charged my card for the full amount even though I had paid in full. They did rectify thisonce I discovered it, but I was led to believe that it was a common mistake. Not good for anyone travelling on a budget.

Great hotel!!!

This hotel is in a great condition. It's clean and neat. The gym and laundry rooms are on the top floor. If you depends on public transportation, it is a right choice for you because bus stops are just down the street on Howe or Granville. The only downside is that there are some homeless people hanging out outside the 7-Eleven that is located kinda across from the hotel. It is not too bad in my opinion because they just stand there but don't bother you at all.

Liked the convenient location; probably a bit more than I normally would pay, but nothing outrageous. Hotel clean, service personnel very responsive and helpful. Courtesy shuttle to areas close by, such as Chinatown or the Cruise pier, although you can only book the same day as ride - nothing in a day+ advance. Free bottled water was unexpected and a pleasant surprise!

Great for the money

Our hotel room was very spacious, clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. Though it was very conveniently located, the neighborhood left something to be desired. Lots of road construction during our stay was really inconvenient and at times we couldn't easily access the parking structure.

It was located downtown and was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go.

It is good quality for his money, the only problem it was surrounding neighborhood. But it was very good that they have a free shuttle to the most interesting places.

Worth the money

This hotel is great over all. However, my room was next to one of the heater units, so was louder than ideal. I waited to go to the hot tub in the morning - and it had just been drained. Wish I would have known this soon, and I would have gone the night before instead.
