Customer No Service

The dead-bolt on the room door wouldn't lock. I had no hot water, and received no apology from the front desk. I was also disturbed by housekeeping personnel knocking on doors and saying "housekeeping". There's got to be a better way of getting the rooms cleaned without disturbing the guests who have not checked out. Overall this is typical of what passes for customer no service these days.

Very nice place to stay.

The staff was very understanding. First room the tv was not working properlly. Second room the ac was acting like the tv in the first room. Finally the third room had no problems. Great hotel,good amenities and would deffintely stay here again.

Great for the price

We had a hard time finding the hotel because we only wrote down the address and did not print out the details. We ended up calling another Best Western and the directed us to the hotel. The front desk girl was very friendly to my husband until she found out he was married.And then our credit card had been decoded and she let everyone in line know it would not work.But all in all that was our only complaint. The room was nice and the free breakfast was really good. We would stay here again.

Great for the money

I stayed there for four nights and the room was great. My only complaint is the night shift staff didnt really know directions to the hotel. I arrived very late the first day and they werent in the best mood. Although later in the week the toilet in my room was not working properly and they fixed it immediately.

Good room for the money

The hotel was very comfortable and safe. The front desk reception and billing were courteous and worked toward addressing questions and issues. I stay here several times a year because it is comfortable, clean and the staff is generally very helpful.

You have to fight to get your money back

The room was fine and got a great last minute deal, But the other guests slammed theirs doors at or before 7 am and it echoed throughout the hallways,I could hear the other rooms air coming on and off because the walls are thin, then I was charged an extra amount of money because we got there before noon and now I am fighting them for a deposit they charge everyone if the room is destroyed, it has been almost five days nothing yet and now I am being shuffled around to get answers. When I left I asked how long they said 72 hours for the refund.

Surprised

It is obviously a little older hotel, but not quite "classic old". But, it still has a unique style that sets it apart from the run of the mill hotel. The location is square in the middle of North Dallas, right at the apex of the two major freeways in Dallas, LBJ (IH-635) and Central Expressway (75), so it is about the most convenient location you can get for all parts of Dallas/Richardson/Plano. However, the immediate area offers little in the way of restaurants with the exception of fast food. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar. Bottom line: for the rate I got through Hotels.com it was a great deal.

Good room for the money

Clean room,small bathroom sink with no counter. Helpful Staff, Free Breakfast Bar was not very good. A little over reted.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room at great rate

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room is decorated tastefully in neutral colors with new furnishings. Continental breakfast was excellent. TV did not get good reception. Hotel receptionists were adequate, but not very friendly. Parking is good. Location was great for us being near hospital. Will defitely return.

Great Hotel For Great Price

It was a really great hotel for the price: free wireless internet access, refrigerator and microwave in room, fitness room, etc. The location is close by two major interstates which made travel easy. If I need hotel service again, if I can get the same great price, I'll be Back!!
