This hotel is obviously undergoing change. The lobby was a mess - chairs and tables in the dining room didn't match (first impressions!). The room was basically clean but someone had spray painted and painted right on the pictures on the wall. The carpet was nasty (my bare feet were dirty after walking on it). There was hair on the bathroom floor - definitely not mine! So, if it is just a bed in the dead of night and you are waking up and leaving, it may be your place.

Great room for the money

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Can't beat it for the price. Clean and basic, great for a room that is just to spend a quick night in. No complaints.

the management was extremely helpful.the rooms and grounds were cleaned daly the rates were outstanding and was just two blocks fro highway 45

Much nicer than expected

The price was so reasonable I was ready to be disappointed. Very friendly, just don't bother with coffee in lobby it was water. Overall a very pleasant surprise and I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Comfortable room, very nice staff. Hotel is behind a fast food place, but safely fenced with signage on the road.

Great room for the money

Didn't expect much considering the cheap rate, but I was pleasantly surprised. Cleaner than my last hotel room, which was nearly three times the price. Friendly, pleasant, comfortable.

NO FRILLS. BIG ROOM. SUPER FOR THE PRICE. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND IT WAS EASY FREEWAY ACCESS AND REAL CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY IN THE NORTH HOUSTON AREA

Outstanding Hotel, indoor pool, hot tub, large rooms

We had a great time. We even had a one year old that had plenty of room to toddle around and play. The room that we had also had a sitting area with a love seat and coffee table. The room was nice and cool. I have no complaints.

Great For the Price

We checked online for a good Hotel at a reasonable rate in the area. The Best Value Inn had the most wonderful comments. We decided as we were staying an entire weekend to give it a try. The Hotel was a little difficult to find given the construction, but not impossible. The staff was extremely helpful. I liked the limited access. The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out. The bathroom was a good size (very important) with great lighting. If we are ever in the area for an event, we will absolutely be staying there.
