You get what you pay for.

If all you need is bed to sleep on that is what you are going to get.

The room is in good and clean condition... but no internet

Generally, I like this motel. It has everything I needed for a short stay. However, being a computer person like me, not having internet connection is a big minus. Our room isn't far away from the lobby and the internet signal somehow ended in the neigbour room.

Decent hotel for a clean bed, hot shower and off in the morning. Restaurant next door was very convenient. I'd stay there again for the very decent price paid.

Good room for the money

The room I got was fine with lots of space. The few spots on the carpet were quite acceptable in view of the great rate I got.

Convienence

When I travel, I'm looking for a low cost place to stay. I need a comfortable bed, a decent shower, decent lighting and a clean floor to walk on. America's Inn will provide all the above for a reasonable cost. I'd stay there again. I can recommend it for providing the above mentioned features.

hotel was nice however bed was very soft....toilet had stains and needs some repairs done here and there..... nice stay for the price we paid for a nightly rate

Great Hotel on a Budget

It's a little hard to find, but once you do, you'll appreciate this little gem of a hotel. The front desk clerk was quick and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and although the surrounding area may not be a tourist attraction, my companions and I felt very safe and unconcerned. The Denny's next door is also a bonus if you like nasty food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

Great stay for the price

This definitely is not a luxury room by any stretch of the imagination, but for the price paid this was a steal! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We evene needed to extend the stay an additional night and the manager honored the hotels.com rate. I was very satisfied with the bang for the buck for this room. The only negative is we had to jiggle the bathroom light for it to turn on, but we didn't ask the front desk to fix it. Had we done so it is highly likely they would have corrected the issue.

Cheap and Cheerful

Excellent value for money and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Needs lots of Improvement

The rooms are very outdated and have a funny smell. The management was rude when we asked to borrow an iron, which there was only 1 iron for the entire building. Continental breakfast was not very good, but at least there is a Denny's right next door. The area where the hotel is at was not the best. Would not recommend this hotel, but it was cheap.

Unsatisfactory Hotel especially for the price

The room had a sour smell, no inside lock, no hot water, entrance door was marked with writing, no soap, etc.

Guest did not leave a comment.

Fair hotel

WAS GOOD, BUT ASK FOR ROOM WITH FRIDGE AND MICAWAVE WAS NOT ONE IN ROOM. THE HOT WATER WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD, NOT HOT.
