I really like the location of this hotel. It was relatively close to the airport and right around the corner from "Eat Street" so finding places to eat was really easy. The staff was wonderful and the concierge was extremely helpful. The only complaint is that when we arrived, there was no room ready for us. They told us the room would be ready within a couple of hours so we left out bags and came back a couple of hours later and the room was still not ready. They said they were giving us an upgrade to the Executive Suite, but all this really meant was we had a nice desk in our room, which we did not need. Also, we booked a King bed and the room we got only had a Queen, which, for a Hilton, disappointed me....More

Having only ever been able to afford "cheap" hotels, I was looking forward to staying in a more upmarket one. I was disappointed with the standard of the hotel. A couple of complaints were, one of the towells had dark grease stains on it, I had to ring housekeeping for it to be changed, plus, the milk in the fridge was not automatically replaced, I had to leave a note asking for milk and when having to use the airconditioner one evening, it was that noisy it had to be switched off. These may seem minor to some but as this has never occured when I have stayed at "cheaper" hotels, I was expecting more from this stay....More
