    Hilton Hanoi Opera
    Situated nearby beautiful Hoa Kiem Lake and not far from the Old Quarter and the Puppet Theatre - all highlights of Hanoi, the Hilton Hanoi Opera had excellent accommodations, a quality breakfast and happy hour for a bit extra and an outstanding travel service for trips to Halong Bay or Sapa - Exotissimo. The restaurants were also nice, though hotel food always seems to be lacking something and the fitness center could use a bit more space, but I was well pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend....More

    Metropole Hotel
    If you enjoy seeing rats, not little mice, but RATS running across the floor of the bar just before closing, then this is your place. Or a rat running past the front entrance of the hotel as I was getting in for the evening. The bar turned the music off for the night, and as I am sitting there I see not one, but several RATS scurry across the floor and back. The staff made a Mickey Mouse comment and chuckled. I've been to Vietnam more than a dozen times and never seen anything near this in the el-cheapo hotels I've stayed in. For what Metropole charges, they should care, but they don't. Will I be back? To Vietnam, yes. This hotel or any other run by Saigon Tourist, no. OH...and they charge you about $4 USD for an Internet Access card that works for one day. My last day there they ran out of cards so I couldn't get any work done....More

    Moevenpick Hotel Saigon
    Ok hotel, but you are better off with a 5 star in the downtown district. Moevenpick is quite out of the way....More
