Based on other reviews, I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because some said the beds were as hard as rocks. When I first checked in I was on the third floor and indeed the beds were as hard as rocks. Directly across from the hotel, construction was going on all night (Friday) they were drilling, blasting, and hammering which consequently set of car alarms throughout the neighborhood. The noise was maddening! At 4:00 am I asked to be moved to the opposite side of the hotel and the hotel staff could not have been more understanding and professional. I was moved to the 10th floor where the beds were extremely comfortable! Throughout my stay I was impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone from the front desk, the hotel operators, the cleaning staff, the concierge, and doormen were courteous, professional, and eager to help! The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Zona Rosa and within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and clubs that make this section of Mexico City so fun!...More

Based on previous reviews, I was not expecting much but it surpassed my expectations. The overall appearence when you pull up is okay but once you step in ... it is beautiful! Awesome Hotel Staff, very accomodating, love Judita, the hotel dog. Not the hotels fault but construction going on on the property right next door, can be extremely noisy. But hopefully construction on that property will be complete very very soon. Will go back once construction is done....More
