    Hotel Suisse
    Located near the beach. Easy to walk along the strip of restaurants & bars on avenue corniche. Poor customer service...they acted like they did not have time for customers. Hurried to answer questions, would ignore non-Moroccans. When the front desk made a phone call for us inquiring about hammas, they charged us for the phone call. they did not tell us there would be a charge. The morning breakfast had grilled vegetables & croissants. Looked like leftovers from dinner. We asked for some cheese & eggs several times, but they never brought them out....More

    Pullman Royal Golf El Jadida
    Was using this hotel for a business trip that got postponed a week before we expected to stay. We attempted to change the dates and were told that this was not possible. The entire week had to be forfeitted despite intervention from hotels.com. We had every intention of using this hotel for the same amount of time just 2 weeks later and were willing to pay any differences in rates, however they would not comply....More
