The hotel was extremely clean, fairly located, had an awesomely multilingual staff... But the room was excedingly tiny. I had the single twin sized room. And literally, it was just enough room to lay my head for the night (which was really all I needed since I had an eary flight out of the country the next morning, yet didn't check in till almost 7pm). In fact, the suitcase I had with me barely fit through the hall/walk way from the door to the sleeping area and the bathroom was extremely small and basic. However, it was a beautifully decorated room. The bed, although a twin, was the most comfortable bed I think I have slept in in quite some time... And definately the most comfortable bed I slept in during my entire stay in Finland. In fact, I almost wished I could bring it home with me. The staff was so much more helpfull than any other hotel I have ever stayed in. When I arrived the associate at the desk informed me of the various cab options since I was going to be flying out the next morning. When I informed him of the time I would be needing a cab, he noticed that I would be missing the included complimentary breakfast and took it upon himself to pack me a breakfast to take with me to the airport... On top of booking another cab for me when he learned the hotel's contracted cab company would not opperate as early as I needed. This hotel, although small in keeping with Finnish culture and based on basic needs and modern Finnish design, definitely goes above and beyond for its customers and I would recomend them everyday and twice on sunday for anyone....More

The standards of the hotel were very high. The bathroom was large which was a plus for this trip as most were much smaller than what we are used to. The breakfast buffet was nice....More
