The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
The Ritz was fantastic. Very expensive but worth the money. If you have a bit extra to spend, choose this hotel. It is possible to to eat at nearby restaurants, within walking distance, and you could save some money doing that. The food was great here though. We loved Eric Ripert's Blue and quick meals poolside. The room service was good too. The concierge, Dalia, helped execute our plans for 5 days in 5 minutes. Some favorites were the pontoon boat to Stingray city through the hotel, more expensive but worth the extra attention and fewer customers. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Eats, an American diner and Eduardos, an Italian eatery. The hotel beach and pool were fantastic....More

Brac Reef Beach Resort
The Brac Beach Resort was an excellent choice! The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated very tastefully. The beds were fairly new and very comfortable if you enjoy a firm bed. The kitchen staff was great and the daily meals (buffet)were excellent! I enjoyed the staff, service, room, the resort, and the wonderful meals....More
